Tier 4 Restrictions
If you live in a Tier 4 Covid area, please be aware that one of the courier companies we use have put a temporary hold on delivering parcels to addresses within. We are currently still able to dispatch orders with our other courier but this is under constant review, we will try to keep you up to date with the situation as and when information becomes available to us.
Due to the uncertainty regarding Brexit and as ports have been closed due to new tier 4 restrictions, we have decided to temporarily disable web orders from outside the UK. We’re back in the office on Monday 4th January and will be reviewing government policies put in place regarding export to the EU.
Please bear with us whilst the situation becomes clearer.
Customers please note that due to the on-going Covid-19 situation our couriers are working at their maximum capacity and you may experience a slight delay from the estimated delivery schedule.
We endeavor to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and we do send all items out on an intended next day service once dispatched, please appreciate that this may not always happen due to the volume of parcels currently getting sent via mail order services, once your items have been dispatched then unfortunately it is beyond our control and we ask for a little patience with the courier services who are working as hard as they can to try and get all parcels delivered within the estimated delivery schedules.
